Job Description
Premier Placements is currently interviewing for a 3rd Shift Sanitation Supervisor opportunity with a well-established food manufacturing company located in the Ponca City OK area. As a Sanitation Supervisor you will be responsible for achieving total plant cleanliness in all production areas. Secondary responsibilities include directing and developing the sanitation team while identifying potential leads and preparing them for advancement. The Sanitation Supervisor will oversee a team of 24 Sanitation employees and 2 Sanitation Leads. Supervisors will work 8-10h shifts and must be flexible to work weekends if needed. This position is eligible for overtime pay on the 6th and 7th day worked!

Work Schedule: 11:00 pm 8:00am MUST have flexibility to work weekends if needed.
Base Salary: $65000- $70000 / year up to 14% yearly bonus potential!* Overtime pay for the 6th and 7th day worked
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all departmental associates are compliant with EH&S policies and procedures to ensure the protection of employees and other individuals while minimizing the organizations exposure to loss and liability.
- Accountable for ensuring all equipment is sanitary and assembled correctly prior to start up each morning.
- Manage hourly associates to ensure that processes are in place to achieve departmental goals (swab failure rate USDA NRs Master Sanitation etc.).
- Actively support all employee and labor relations activities to increase employee engagement.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent (required).
- 3 years of experience as a Sanitation Supervisor in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Previous Food Manufacturing experience is a plus!
- Must enjoy working hands-on and have the ability to coach train and develop current and new employees.
- People Oriented Leadership ability to motivate and help all teams achieve their goals.
