Job Description
Meat Trimmer 1st Shift Applicant will trim meat sub-primal according to specifications using meat-cutting knife. Cut & trim steaks. Handle physical pressures of splitting non-frozen meat in half in a fast- pace environment. You must be able to work in a cold environment wearing safety helmet gloves and safety boots. Will be working Monday thru Friday 6am pm 2:30 pm Saturday 6 am to 12 noon. Salary $ 13.35 per hour temp to hire. Job located Sunland Park New Mexico.
El solicitante recortar la carne sub-primal de acuerdo con las especificaciones utilizando un cuchillo para cortar carne. Cortar y recortar los filetes. Manejar las presiones fsicas de dividir la carne no congelada por la mitad en un entorno de ritmo rpido. Debe ser capaz de trabajar en un ambiente fro usando casco de seguridad guantes y botas de seguridad. Estar laborando de lunes a viernes de 6 am 2:30 pm sbados de 6 am to noon.
