To adopt and use the appropriate sales portals and tools to ensure a seamless end-to-end sales process
To provide needs-based advice to customers
To achieve or exceed performance targets
To cross-sell and up-sell to existing customers
To perform periodic review with customers
To collaborate with branch team to facilitate leads generation (where applicable)
To handle Bank referred leads and referrals from customers
To generate referrals back to Bank (for bank products)
Qualification :
Min D3
Have experience Min 2 years Sales Insurance/ Agency
Have experience Relation Officer/ Manager or any financial industry
Having a good communication skill
