Are you an experienced leader in the meat production sector who thrives on operational excellence and nurturing team growth Our Kepak facility in Merthyr Tydfil Wales is seeking a Boning Hall Manager to become a vital part of our energetic team enhancing performance quality and safety throughout our Boning Hall operations. What Youll Do:
- Oversee all operations within the Boning Hall ensuring compliance with food safety standards and company policies.
- Lead mentor and develop a diverse team of boning hall operatives inspiring them to excel in their roles.
- Coordinate production activities to meet client specifications quality standards and deadlines.
- Manage resources effectively to optimize workflow and reduce waste.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analysing production metrics and implementing innovative solutions.
- Act as a point of contact for audits reports and regulatory requirements.
Requirements

- Proven experience in a managerial role within a meat processing environment.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and SOPs.
