Job Description
A Guerlain Beauty Advisor isa customer service-focused sales professional who provides expert skincare makeup and fragrance advice demonstrations and consultations to drive sales and build customer responsibilities include exceeding sales goals maintaining brand image and creating a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing exceptional personalized service to build and nurture client relationships.
Offering in-depth advice on Guerlain products including skincare makeup and fragrances.
Consistently exceeding personal and team sales targets in a commission-based environment.
Conducting make-up lessons and skincare consultations.
Contributing to the visual presentation and operational upkeep of the Guerlain counter.
Collaborating effectively with other team members to achieve collective goals.
