Job Description
- Deliver Parts:Transport auto parts equipment and other merchandise to customers including auto repair shops and other locations.
- Load & Unload:Safely load and unload parts and equipment into the delivery vehicle.
- Customer Service:Provide excellent service and build positive relationships with customers by ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
- Returns & Cores:Pick up and process customer returns cores and warranty parts.
- Record Keeping:Maintain detailed delivery logs transaction records and other necessary documentation.
- Drivers License:A valid unrestricted drivers license with a clean driving record.
- Communication:Strong verbal and listening skills to communicate effectively with customers and management.
- Customer Service:Excellent customer service and people skills to interact with customers.
- Physical Stamina:Ability to lift heavy objects (often up to 50-60 lbs) bend kneel and stand for extended periods.
- Organizational Skills:Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage deliveries and paperwork.
