Job Description
- 3 years of industry experience in one or more of the following fields/roles: Operations (i.e. data product lab R&D etc.) Test/Quality/Support Engineering or Technical Program Management
- Willingness/ability to travel to Apple Study locations vendor study locations a minimum of 5-10% of the year
- Ability to lift 30 lbs.
- Ability to work in office/lab environment min 3 days/week
- Experience scoping bidding and contracting third party vendors for short and long-term projects
- Strong background in creating complex roadmaps/schedules with timely delivery across key milestones
- Sound technical troubleshooting and triage methodology
- Motivated and proactive approach to resolving issues

- Clear and concise written and verbal communication and communicates with technical and non-technical individuals with ease
- Experience creating human centric data collection protocols and general data offload practices
