About Your Workplace
Als Fachabteilung Research & Development (RD) im TCD erarbeiten wir im Team langfristige Produkt- und Plattformstrategien fr die MIELE relevante Antriebstechnik die ihren Niederschlag in den von RD verantworteten Technologie- und Produktroadmaps finden. Wir sind zudem verantwortlich fr die Entwicklung und Qualifizierung von Antrieben und Antriebssystemen von der Idee bis zur Serienproduktion fr den gesamten MIELE Konzern. Wir verstehen uns darber hinaus als Ansprechpartner und Technologieberater aller MIELE Business Units und Werke in antriebsrelevanten Themen. Die Erarbeitung innovativer Lsungen USPs und Konzepte werden mageblich untersttzt durch die RD Funktionen Benchmarking Ideenmanagement und Patentmonitoring.- Marktanalyse und Recherche
- Analyse vorhandener Antriebskonzepte
