Job Description

Summary
This position is a Farm Management Trainee position incumbent will learn multiple aspects of the business and operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Familiar with a variety of irrigation systems-pumps pivots
- Ability to work on equipment
- Chemical application calibration and supervision
- Chemical inventory supervision and reconciliation
- Uran inventory management and application supervision
- GV hay inventory reconciliation
- Borader spraying
- Equipment operation
- Other duties as assigned.
Typical Education
Bachelors Degree (B.A. or B.S.) from 4 year college or university
Relevant Experience
Interest and experience in agriculture
Required Certifications
- Drivers license
- Ability to get an Idaho private applicators license with fertigation chemigation and fumigation endorsements
- Intermediate or above math skills
- Intermediate or above computer skills
