Flowers for Dreams is ushering in a craft flower movement. Locally crafted flowers for fair and honest prices across locations in Chicago Milwaukee Detroit as well as overnight shipping to most of the Great Lakes region. The Producer is the sales teams chief liaison for scheduling samples recipes and creating timelines. Full ownership of the wedding details post-sale. These responsibilities may skew towards more desk work or more production based on the flow of business. Compensation (salary quarterly operations bonus) commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities:
- Pricing planning recipe-making and sampling upcoming weddings.
- Organization of weddings and events in company production software.
- Proofreading and analyzing wedding proposals for our sales team.
- Timeline creation and management of final event details.
- Ownership of Weekly Production meetings for upcoming events
- Assistance in the floral design studio and on-site installations.
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with floral design retail sales or event production.
- Average floral knowledge including seasonality and name recognition preferred.
- Interest in flowers floriculture or closely related fields.
- Ability to work occasional evenings and regular summer weekends.
- Shared aesthetic preferences & values with the Flowers for Dreams brand.
