Job Description

As a member of Workplace Trust you will play a key role in operationalizing privacy across Amazons global employee candidate and contingent worker populations. This includes engaging with multiple stakeholders across the enterprise to help ensure compliant outcomes. You will be responsible for handling global HR data requests in line with global privacy regulatory requirements including CPRA and GDPR.
Key job responsibilities
In this role you will play a key member of our team focusing on data request handling and data analysis. Youll process and analyze various HR data requests while generating comprehensive reports that provide valuable insights for decision-making. Managing data privacy is crucial as youll handle sensitive data subject requests and ensure compliance with privacy regulations. Your attention to detail will be essential in maintaining accurate records and meeting critical deadlines.
Youll be responsible for monitoring and managing service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) ensuring all activities align with regulatory requirements. As we continuously strive for excellence youll contribute to process improvements and optimization initiatives. When challenges arise youll be expected to respond promptly to questions manage escalations and troubleshoot issues effectively. Strong communication skills are vital as youll regularly interact with internal stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
Core Responsibilities:
Process and analyze HR data requests
Generate reports and conduct data analysis
Handle data subject requests and privacy compliance
Maintain accurate records and meet deadlines
Manage service level agreements (SLAs) and KPIs in line with regulatory requirements
Support HR process improvements
Respond to questions and escalations while troubleshooting issues
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders

*Fluent English
*Bachelor degree and/or equivalent work experience in Human Resources
*Knowledge of HR processes and systems
*Experience working with KPIs and SLAs
*MS Office knowledge
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent customer service orientation
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word Excel Outlook) gained through professional experience
- Experience in leading projects
- Team focus with particular ability to work across teams
- Case management experience
- Able to track high volume activity with exceptional follow through and attention to detail
