JOB TITLE:
Theatre and Dance Office Assistant
JOB PURPOSE:
Provide recruitment social media and office administrative support for department of theatre and dance.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide recruitment social media and office administrative support for department of theatre and dance.
SUPPLEMENTAL FUNCTIONS:
Facilitate communication for purposes of recruitment and / or social media; provide material organization and filing support for recruitment and / or social media; work collaboratively with departmental faculty staff students and visitors;
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Basic communication skills; foundational understanding of social media; ability to organize and maintain materials and filing
inventories; collaborative work nature; ability to follow instructions.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Intermediate communication skills; strong understanding of social media; ability to develop implement organize and maintain materials and filing inventories; collaborative work nature; ability to follow instructions.
