We are currently seeking a Front of House Administrator to support our team at our newly established Wairarapa office in Masterton. This role is central to ensuring a welcoming and well-organised environment for both staff and visitors.
Hours: 28 hours per week
Schedule: Monday to Friday 9am to 3pm
Location: Masterton
Key Responsibilities:
Provide professional and friendly front-of-house support
Assist with general administrative tasks including drafting reports proofreading and managing correspondence
Maintain a well-organised office environment
Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying and implementing practical solutions
About You:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organisational and time management abilities
A proactive approach with the ability to think creatively
Previous experience in an administrative role particularly within the health sector is advantageous but not essential. What matters most is your attitude reliability and commitment to supporting our team and community.
