Job Description
Job title: Marketing Executive (FTC till January 2027)
Salary: : 28500 - 30500 per annum
Hours per week: 35
Location: At IOSH we embrace hybrid working because we believe its the key to achieving work-life balance strategic success and fostering our collaborative culture. Youll be required to work from our head office in Wigston Leicester a minimum of 2 days per week. The remainder of your working hours will be undertaken from home.
The successful applicant must have the pre-existing right to both live and to work in the UK.

Youre a campaign conjurer - planning executing and analysing marketing magic across digital and traditional channels.
You write copy that clicks - clear compelling and crafted to connect.
Youre a content chameleon - switching between blogs emails social posts and infographics with ease.
Youre a data decoder - tracking performance and turning insights into action.
Youre a team player - collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders to bring ideas to life.
Bonus points for:
Knowing your way around GA4 Dynamics 365 Canva email marketing platforms and social media tools.
A flair for behaviour change and nudge techniques.
Experience in membership organisations or the nonprofit sector.
Your essential toolkit includes:
A qualification in marketing advertising or a related field or enough experience to rival the brains behind the best campaigns.
Proven experience in content creation and campaign execution.
Strong writing skills attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.
Analytical thinking and top-notch time management.
