Product Manager Cash Management Product Execution Global Transaction Banking - New York NY

Accountabilities:

  • Lead the development roll-out and implementation of USCM products features and enhancements while ensuring alignment with the overall USCM strategy. This includes prioritizing enhancements coordinating various subject matter experts directing development teams and collaborating with key partners such as Technology Legal Operations Risk Sales and Marketing.
  • Product Planning and Execution: Developing and managing the product roadmap defining features and prioritizing development efforts to ensure successful outcomes
  • Team Management: Leading and coordinating cross-functional teams (engineering design marketing etc.) throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicating with various stakeholders (executives other teams) about product progress challenges and performance.
  • Market Success: Gathering user feedback monitoring product performance and iterating functionality based on market response to ensure the product meets customer needs.
  • Product Launch: Collaborating with marketing and sales to develop go-to-market strategies and ensure a successful product launch.
    Understand how the Banks risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions.
  • Create an environment in which his/her team pursues effective and efficient operations of his/her respective areas while ensuring the adequacy adherence to and effectiveness of day-to-day business controls to meet obligations with respect to operational risk regulatory compliance risk AML/ATF risk and conduct risk including but not limited to responsibilities under the Operational Risk Management Framework Regulatory Compliance Risk Management Framework AML/ATF Global Handbook and the Guidelines for Business Conduct.
  • Contribute to a high-performance environment and work within a team that fosters an inclusive work environment and using a coaching mindset and behaviors; communicating vison/values/business strategy; and managing succession and development planning for the team.

Requirements:

  • Self-starter possessing confidence and initiative; able to cope with changing and evolving priorities while identifying new opportunities
  • Project Management experience including leading planning and executing enterprise level initiatives
  • Excellent communication interpersonal and strategic negotiating skills
  • Knowledge of payments industry trends and practices innovative digital platforms policies and procedures an asset
  • 2 years experience with transaction banking products including knowledge of channels and payment solutions
  • Product management expertise to enable the thorough understanding of products/services
  • A positive attitude combined with confidence to drive team priorities
  • Knowledge of the Banks application systems and their relationships within the Bank is an asset
  • Experience working in an Agile environment is an asset
  • University Degree in business economics or technology (MBA an asset)
