Job Description
Bilingual Spanish English Customer Service & Sales Representative Round Lake IL.
Location: Magnum Insurance Agency located in 237 N Cedar Lake Rd Round Lake IL 60073
Position Type: Full-Time

Compensation
- Base hourly rate: $17$18 or more depending on experience.
- Uncapped bonus potentialfirstyear earnings average around $55K with ongoing growth opportunities.
What Youll Do
- Provide outstanding customer service in both English and Spanish
- Manage inbound and outbound communications: calls quotes policy updates and billing inquiries
- Demonstrate initiative in problem-solving to ensure client satisfaction
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Support both new and existing clients through accurate policy explanations
What Were Looking For
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English
- Proficiency in computer skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication talents
- Self-motivated adaptable and detail-oriented
- Flexible availability Monday through Saturday (previous customer service experience preferred but not required)
