Job Description
- At least 5 years of industry experience managing Controlled Experimentation.
- At least 3 years of industry experience with the following:
- - Experiment design and hypothesis testing.
- - Applied Statistics with Experimentation Optimization techniques.
- - Variance Reduction and Rare Event detection.
- - Data mining skills with SQL Scala and PySpark.
- - Python or R
- Masters or PhD in Statistics Engineering Applied Mathematics or a related academic field.
- Exposure to consumer technology.
- Demonstrate a strong product acumen.
- Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams ranging from engineering and product to business.
- Adept at structuring and solving complex open ended problems.
- Strong communication skill with experience in driving executive presentations.
- Statistical Modeling and Machine Learning.
- Anomaly detection and causal inference model.
- Use of git for version control.
- Java or C programming languages.
