Job Description
The Social Work Coordinator provides administrative and programmatic support to the Social Work Department. This position helps coordinate the daily activities of clinical social workers assists with case management tasks and facilitates communication between the social work team healthcare providers patients and families. The Social Work Coordinator ensures that patient needs are addressed in a timely and efficient manner and supports the departments efforts to provide compassionate patient-centered care.
