Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and visitors with professionalism and warmth
- Answer and route phone calls and emails efficiently
- Support the sales and service teams with administrative tasks
- Assist in basic accounting and office record keeping
- Maintain appointment schedules and customer follow-ups
- Contribute to a smooth-running BDC (Business Development Center)
Qualifications:
- Prior dealership experience strongly preferred
- Familiarity withCDK(or similar dealership management systems)
- BDC or customer serviceexperience a plus
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Strong communication organizational and multitasking skills
- Must be reliable punctual and team-oriented
