What you will do:

  • Contributes to the knowledge management strategy and plan for the organization
  • Prepares Assessment product overviews tutorials best practice case studies and maintains a high quality and up-to-date set of content for Assessment audiences
  • Designs and roll-outs a training and capacity building schedule for Assessment products across different regions and business units in collaboration with existing internal teams
  • Sets up and runs knowledge sharing events including new joiner orientations and a calendar of training sessions for coordination Assessment and supporting teams globally
  • Promotes collaborative internal knowledge sharing groups using Microsoft Teams and through workshops etc. to build robust and active communities of practice across regions
  • Monitors / evaluates the success of knowledge sharing activities alongside delivery metrics
  • Works effectively across the organization with stakeholders delivery teams trainers and subject matter experts to develop and support new and existing Assessment products.
  • Helps establish an organisational culture that promotes and supports knowledge sharing

What we are looking for:

  • 5-7 years of experience in relevant field
  • Assessment and project management experience required
  • Experience in environmental social and governance issues in supply chains
  • Has basic understanding of knowledge management principles and techniques
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin)
  • Recognises the benefits and skilled at collaborative working
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Efficient multi-tasker and able to coordinate people at all levels of an organisation
  • Capacity to work across different time zones / hold meetings outside of regular hours
  • Responds positively to pressure and working in a dynamic fast paced environment
