POSITION OVERVIEW
The Critical Engineering Technician will be a part of the Operations team reporting to the Critical Facilities Manager and will perform maintenance on critical facility equipment. The Critical Engineering Technician plays a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our hyperscale multi-building data center campus. This hands-on position is responsible for ensuring the uptime reliability and performance of critical facility systems. Critical Engineering Technicians perform routine inspections preventive maintenance and rapid response to alarms or incidents involving power cooling and networking equipment. The Critical Engineering Technician works across multiple areas including critical equipment support spaces that demand precision and strict adherence to operational protocols. This position coordinates with internal teams such as operations engineering and security as well as external vendors and contractors. Critical Engineering Technicians are detail-oriented adaptable and capable of working in a fast-paced 24/7 mission-critical environments. The role offers opportunities for growth and advancement within the data center industry and is foundational to the reliability and scalability of hyperscale infrastructure.

The pay range for this role is between $30/hour - $40/hour. Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate including skill set experience qualifications location and other job-related reasons.
