How youll make an impact

• Plan and execute comprehensive testing strategies based on business requirements and solution designs.

• Design and develop functional and non-functional test cases to ensure high-quality software deliveries.

• Conduct software testing including automated tests performance testing and manual testing.

• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps to improve release quality.

• Use test management tools such as Zephyr Scale and Azure DevOps to manage and report testing progress.

• Collaborate with developers to identify investigate and resolve issues found during testing.

• Gain domain knowledge to support full product lifecycle development and contribute to continuous improvement.

• Actively participate in Agile development processes and promote best practices in software testing.

• Mentor team members and advocate for quality assurance principles across the organization.

Your background

• Bachelors degree in engineering or a related field with 3 years of experience (or 5 years for a senior-level role).

• Proven experience in automated testing using tools like Visual Studio NUnit TestNG and programming languages such as C#.

• Familiarity with Distribution Energy Generation Management Systems (DMS/EMS/GMS) and SCADA systems is a plus.

• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies test design techniques and testing tools (e.g. Zephyr Scale Azure DevOps).

• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies SDLC and version control systems like Git.

• Familiarity and desktop applications

• Experience with performance security and compliance testing is an advantage.

• Ability to develop innovative solutions and make decisions that impact product quality and customer satisfaction.
