Position Overview: PMIC Treatment Technician
As a Treatment Technician youll be part of our Inpatient Team delivering direct care services that are:
- Client-centered
- Strengths-based
- Professional and compassionate
This role functions as a member of the Inpatient Team providing the supervision and safety of youth and normalcy activities for growth and well-being. You will also be assisting in training and guiding Youth Service Workers while executing shift plans. This Treatment Technician also has the opportunity to create and facilitate Campus Clubs with oversight of programming leadership.

Qualifications
Qualifications
- Must be 20 years of age
- AA degree (or equivalent) or currently enrolled in course work with expected Graduation date within 6 months- 1 year in related field.
- Related fields of degree defined as: psychology counseling sociology social work nursing criminal justice or human services related
- At least one year of prior experience working with children in a professional setting
- Any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the knowledge and abilities necessary to perform the work
Required Special Qualifications:
- Certified Medication Aide (CMA) Certification required or eligible to become CMA certified within three (3) months of hire
- Certified in MANDT UKERU CPR and First Aid or eligible to become certified within three (3) months of hire
- Must possess a valid Drivers License and meet the driving requirements of the Agency
