We are a well-established and growing premium pet care provider seeking a motivated and accomplished Senior Sales Consultant in our Chicago location. For over 20 years weve delivered trusted services in daycare boarding grooming enrichment and retail and now were looking for a sales leader who can help us expand our client base and deliver exceptional experiences for pet parents.

Summary
This role is focused on converting inquiries into reservations upselling services and creating lasting client relationships onsite at our brick and mortar location- this role is NOT remote. Youll be the first impression for many pet parents and your ability to connect authentically and confidently will directly drive our growth.

Qualifications
- 2 years in sales hospitality or customer-facing roles.

- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
- Passion for pets and client care.
