These individuals analyse client needs implement software solutions and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications enabling clients to achieve their strategic Oracle human capital at PwC you will specialise in providing consulting services for Oracle human capital management (HCM) applications. You will analyse client requirements implement HCM software solutions and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of Oracle HCM applications. Working in this area you will enable clients to optimise their human resources processes enhance talent management and achieve their strategic objectives.

The Opportunity
When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs) you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services from Advisory to Assurance Tax and Business our innovative hubs youll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. Youll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the Business Application Consulting team you s support clients in enhancing the return on their Oracle engagement while managing their application ecosystems. As an Associate you s focus on learning and contributing to projects building meaningful client connections and developing your personal brand through technical knowledge.

Responsibilities

What You Must Have
- Bachelors Degree
- 1 to 3 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- 1 to 3 years of experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle support environments

- Assisting in testing automation and system integrations
- Preparing Functional/Technical specifications
