You will provide consulting services to clients analysing their needs implementing software solutions and offering training and support for effective utilisation of Salesforce applications. The Opportunity
When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs) you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services from Advisory to Assurance Tax and Business our innovative hubs youll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. Youll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
As part of the Business Application Consulting team you are responsible for testing and validating Salesforce Cloud implementations to maintain quality and functionality. As a Senior Associate you guide and mentor junior team members while navigating intricate challenges to deliver exceptional client solutions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct quality assurance assessments to uphold standards
- Support project teams in delivering client-focused solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements
- Analyze data to inform project decisions and strategies
- Mentor junior associates to foster their development
- Maintain compliance with industry regulations and standards
- Identify areas for process improvement and implementing changes
- Contribute to team discussions and sharing insights
What You Must Have
- Bachelors Degree in B.E./ MCA(full time)/ BSc./BCA(Full Time)
- 4 to 8 years of experience in Salesforce testing including functional system integration and regression testing.
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
