We are looking for a supervisor for our restaurant Loef. A person who is excited about large banqueting groups full restaurants and is a professional at taking care of the perfect buffet. Every day we receive a large number of guests here for breakfast lunch and dinner. A dynamic environment all day long.
As a Supervisor you will have the duty of overseeing the overall appearance and performance of team members. Guiding and assisting where needed making sure that all guests receive exceptional service. As supervisor you are the person who keeps an overview during the shift and makes sure the whole team knows what is expected from them. You are not on the sidelines you are in the middle leading the team. You contribute to the personal and professional growth of your team.
With your energy working is a pleasant experience every day!
You will also assist management in the daily tasks of overseeing checklists and regular trainings and coaching.
