The Opportunity
When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs) you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services from Advisory to Assurance Tax and Business our innovative hubs youll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. Youll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
As part of the Staffing and Deployment team you are expected to analyze utilization on a regular basis and align the business rules according with utilization forecast metrics and missing hours impact. As a Senior Associate you are expected to analyze complex problems mentor others and maintain rigorous standards. You are expected to focus on building client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context while navigating increasingly complex situations and growing your personal brand and technical proficiency.

What You Must Have
- High School Diploma
- 3 to 5 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Bachelors Degree in Data Processing/Analytics/Science Business Administration/Management Business Analytics preferred
- Experience working in large teams
- Knowledge and experience with financial data/topics
- Experience with data analysis and reporting using Alteryx
- Analyzing utilization and aligning business rules
- Generating and reviewing reports of utilization
- Participating on staffing calls with Deployment Consultants
- Supporting the Deployment Consultants on campus deployment processes
- Helping staff understand policies and business processes
