Your new role
As the Director Customer Experience & Ecosystem you will:

  • Design and operationalise a comprehensive ecosystem of digital and non-digital solutions to support obesity care.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create and execute strategies for a holistic care ecosystem.
  • Drive campaign activation and develop engagement with targeted customers.
  • Analyse customer insights and track performance metrics to inform decision-making.
  • Foster team development by mentoring and empowering members while leading cross-functional collaboration to align marketing initiatives with ecosystem objectives.

Your new department
The Director Customer Experience & Ecosystem will report to the Senior Director Obesity Market Development and will be part of the Obesity Market Development team. Based in Tokyo Japan this department is dedicated to transforming the landscape of obesity care. With a dynamic and collaborative atmosphere the team works at the forefront of innovation combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution to deliver impactful solutions.

Your skills & qualifications

Were looking for a new Director Customer Experience & Ecosystem who will enjoy working in a high-paced dynamic environment. Youll bring with you:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or related field required; Masters degree preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in commercial marketing or customer experience with a focus on driving business growth.
  • Strong expertise in developing and reviewing commercial marketing campaigns from strategy to performance.
  • At least 3 years of leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and complex marketing ecosystems.
  • Fluency in English and Japanese with strong relationship-building skills with key stakeholders in global organizations.
