Job Description
As the first point of contact for our guests we are seeking a polished and welcoming individual to represent the face of our luxury dining experience.
Position Summary
Greet and welcome guests upon arrival confirm party size and escort them to their table
Ensure tables are clean properly set and menus are up-to-date and presentable
Accommodate special seating requests and group arrangements
Maintain a safe clean and elegant dining environment throughout service
Answer phone calls and assist with reservations and guest inquiries
Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless and attentive service
Ideal Candidate
Friendly and professional demeanor with excellent hospitality skills
Maintains a clean and polished appearance at all times
Works well in a team and adapts flexibly to guest needs
Capable of standing for extended periods and handling light physical tasks
