Project Manager
Altera Recruitment Group isworking on behalf of a leading organisation within the pump rental solutions sector to appoint a highly skilledProject Manager. The role of a Project Managerinvolves delivering innovative and market-leading pumping solutions managing medium to large-scale projects and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities of Project Manager:
- Deliver complex pump solutions projects from conception through to completion ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to project objectives.
- Collaborate with operations sales and project delivery teams to enhance end-user outcomes and operational efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships establishing trust in both products and services offered.
- Manage specialist subcontractors oversee site surveys and ensure stringent risk assessments (RAMS) are completed and communicated.
- Provide expert technical support to internal teams assist in business development initiatives and contribute to continuous innovation.
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience within the pump hire water or fluid management industries with strong knowledge of pump technologies and fluid dynamics.
- Demonstrable background in technical project management with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (including Excel Visio Publisher and MS Project).
- A full UK driving licence and a commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards.
