Position Overview
As a Parts Interpreter at Hutcheon and Pearce you will hold a central position within our Penrith Branch serving as a vital link between our customers and company service technicians for all their parts needs.
Your role will require you to complete a diverse range of tasks including receiving and delivery of parts attachments and merchandise into the warehouse along with sales and customer service.

Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Verifies receiving in of shipments and assists delivery to inventory locations.
- Assists in keeping warehouse clean and orderly and detect current and potential problems.
- Identifies back orders and shortages advancing issues by reporting to the manager.
- Collect parts freight and delivery each day.
- Supply service technicians with parts provided.
- Facilitate inter branch transfers of stock.
- Facilitate monthly parts returns.
- Assist in interpreting and providing parts to customers over the counter and on the phone.
- Participate in parts sales training required for the development of skills and knowledge.
The Ideal Candidate should have:
- Current forklift license
- A high level of initiative organisation and time management skills
- Proficient data entry and computer skills
- Basic knowledge of parts and machinery
