Job Description: Professional Cleaner



Position Title: Professional Cleaner

Employment Type:/ Part-Time (as applicable)

Department: Facilities / Operations

Reports To: Cleaning Supervisor / Operations Manager





Position Summary



The Professional Cleaner is responsible for performing a wide range of cleaning and sanitation duties to maintain a clean safe and orderly environment in assigned residential commercial or facility spaces. This role requires strong attention to detail adherence to company standards and the ability to complete tasks efficiently with minimal supervision.





Key Responsibilities



  • Execute daily and scheduled cleaning tasks including dusting vacuuming mopping sweeping and sanitizing surfaces.
  • Perform deep-cleaning assignments such as carpet shampooing window washing upholstery care and appliance cleaning when required.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in restrooms kitchens workspaces and common areas.
  • Replenish consumables such as paper products soaps and sanitizers.
  • Operate cleaning equipment and use chemicals in accordance with safety protocols and manufacturer instructions.
  • Inspect work areas to ensure quality standards are consistently met.
  • Identify and promptly report maintenance repair or safety concerns to management.
  • Comply with health safety and company regulations at all times.
  • Uphold professional conduct and confidentiality in all client and workplace interactions.






Qualifications & Skills



  • Prior experience in commercial or residential cleaning preferred.
  • Knowledge of cleaning products techniques and equipment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent reliability integrity and work ethic.
  • Physical ability to perform cleaning duties including standing bending lifting up to 30 lbs and repetitive motion.






Work Environment



  • May involve exposure to cleaning chemicals and solutions.
  • Work may require flexible scheduling including evenings weekends and holidays depending on client needs.
  • Position involves frequent standing walking lifting and use of cleaning equipment.
