Department: Restaurant
Reports To: Restaurant Manager
- Lead train schedule and supervise all front-of-house serving staff.
- Set and maintain service stations and dining areas to Goodstone standards.
- Ensure prompt courteous and professional service throughout guest interactions.
- Manage guest concerns with efficiency professionalism and warmth.
- Conduct table touches to build rapport and gather guest feedback.
- Oversee reservations (OpenTable) and confirm guest details or special requirements.
- Coordinate with Guest Services for in-house reservations and special requests.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely and accurate service.
- Support staff during peak service times to maintain consistency and flow.
- Complete daily reports shift paperwork and inventory needs for supplies.
- Monitor and uphold presentation standards menu knowledge and wine service.
- A high school diploma or GED is required; hospitality coursework is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of fine dining experience in supervisory or leadership roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Professional appearance; visible tattoos must be covered.
- Advanced wine knowledge preferred.
- Reliable transportation.
- Flexible schedule including mornings evenings weekends and holidays.
- Professional hospitality setting with a mix of indoor/outdoor work.
- Requires standing/walking for extended periods (6 hours).
- Ability to lift carry or move items up to 40 lbs. regularly and 50 lbs. occasionally.
- Must bend stoop squat and climb stairs as needed.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure multitask and adapt quickly to changes.
Direct supervision of front-of-house staff.
