What youll do

Daily Reporting of Sales Progress andInventory Management

Update and circulate the daily sales progress report to relevant stakeholders
Update the daily inventory trackerfor Subscription with confirming and tracking transfer quantities from the main warehouse to the Subscription warehouse ensuring alignment with each models monthly allocated quota

SKU/ISA Coverage Monitoring

Track and analyze SKU & ISA coverage on a daily basis
Share performance updates along with resolution plans
Work closely with the sales team to resolve any issues and improve coverage metrics.

Stock Reservation and Deletion

Execute stock reservations and deletions in accordance with the monthly allocated quota

Supply Planning and Coordination

Work closely with Product Demand Planners to consolidate and align supply allocations for Subscription
Monitor model status updates exclusive models and maintain up-to-date supply plans for each model

Forecast Monitoring and Inventory Optimization

Monitor sales forecasts pre-plan and supply to ensure accurate and efficient inventory management
Prevent back order stock shortages and excessive stock accumulation that could result inLTI

Backorder Management

Support sales team to reduce back orders by coordinating with Product DPs Logistic team CM other channel sales team to ensure prompt delivery to customers

What you must have

Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in demand planning inventory management or supply chain management or a related role.
Strong analytical and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Good communication skill both Thai and English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
