Overview:
The Netskope Finance Team is looking for an experienced and hands-on finance professional to take on an active role in the R&D finance function. Reporting to the Sr Director of Finance this role will partner closely with R&D leaders to drive financial/strategic execution for the companys business. We need a highly quantitative and analytical business partner for this role - someone who has a successful track record of partnering with budget owners and presenting data to assist in decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will be someone who excels not only at analyzing the data and metrics but also at presenting the data in a compelling manner to drive positive change. Responsibilities:
- Assist in budget management including headcount planning travel and entertainment expense forecasting and other discretionary spend budgeting for the global Netskope R&D team.
- Support Accounting in the close process each month-end ensuring accurate and timely financials.
- Partner with team members to assist in forecasting analyzing and reconciling program spend aimed at driving pipeline growth for the Company.
- Create monthly and quarterly expense reporting focused on variance analysis.
- Participate in the annual planning process.
Requirements:
- Working hours schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 6:00 - 15:00 Philippine Standard Time.
- 4 years of finance experience working in high-growth technology with experience in Cloud / SaaS.
- Marketing and/or GTM-function finance experience preferred.
- Deep understanding of P&L components U.S. GAAP unit economics commercial functions and common SaaS metrics .
- Proven experience in cultivating collaborative working relationships with teams across an organization.
- Strong Excel/Google sheets proficiency required.
- Systems experience with Netsuite Adaptive Insights Workday and/or Salesforce would be considered a plus.
- Strong analytical operational and problem-solving skills with extreme attention to detail.
Education:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Economics Business or related field required.
