Job Summary
- Participate in design and development of next generation iPhone from concept to MP- Be the flexible or rigid board integrator to initialize and refine the design with PD layout DFM and technology teams from concept to production- Be the technical expert to support various engineering builds ranging from Proto EVT to PVT. Represent the EE team in a fast-paced and multi-functional team environment- Be able to identify EE related issues in the field and drive corresponding resolutions- Test development to cover connectivity functionality power consumption and reliability performance of the product- Lead and manage our Contract Manufacturers EE team
- Bachelor or Master degree or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering
- Excellent interpersonal skills in both English and Mandarin
- Direct experience with one or more of the following technologies: high/low speed digital bus design low voltage power regulation and delivery industry standard protocols (audio and video USB wireless memory bus etc.) and their design best-practices
- Strong EE fundamentals including analog and high speed digital design
- Good understanding of DC/DC power supply
- Fundamentals of Signal Integrity and Power Integrity
- Layout and signal routing experiences for rigid boards printed flexible circuits
- Strong desire to investigate system level issues and drive problems to closure in a team-based environment with a proactive demeanor
- Curious mind and both intuitive and meticulous problem solving skills
- Excellent verbal written and presentation skills
- Use of scripting languages to assist with hardware development
