Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for technical-commercial support and budget compliance (Order Intake) for the product line in charge for PCV.
- Act as the trusted Technical Advisor for our clients in acquiring technical and commercial solutions for PCV products.
- Protect and promote our footprint by executing solid technical and commercial activities for the product line in charge regularly visiting our clients to inspect the condition of our equipment and proactively presenting proposals for PCV. Proposals for Greenfield and Brownfield projects.
- Ensure that parts and service requests for the product line in charge are properly addressed.
- Deliver technical presentations on specific opportunities related to the product line in charge for PCV.
- Be knowledgeable about the operational and maintenance status of the PCV line equipment.
- Work closely with the Site & Service Sales team for selected strategic accounts.
- Perform other functions as necessary for the development of the product line.
What you bring
- Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering Metallurgical & Mining Engineering or Electromechanical Engineering
- 5 years of experience in maintenance and/or after-sales service of machinery and equipment in industrial and/or mining companies.
- Performing preventive corrective and predictive maintenance on equipment.
- Intermediate English.
- Expertise with slurry pumps cyclones and knife gate valves.
