Build manage and analyze survey dashboards using tools like PowerBI Tableau or similar.
Support company reporting ensuring timely delivery and accuracy of key metrics.
Analyze projects revenue and marketing performance across the agency.
Providing systems administration support for client team file sharing and software tools.
Ensure data is accurate and up to date in project management timekeeping team resourcing and CRM systems (HubSpot).
Implement new projects using the project management platform and following provided plans.
Supporting project teams with resource allocation timelines and task management.
Draft and administer client surveys: build survey tools launch communications create results dashboards and share updates with delivery teams.
Creating custom dashboards for both client and internal use using Wrike Qualtrics HubSpot and other reporting tools
Technical Project Support
Serve as first point of contact for data analytics reporting and resourcing.
Provide basic IT support and systems administration for file sharing and software tools.
Ensure data in project management timekeeping and CRM systems is updated and reported on.
Facilitate the transition of project handoffs from the sales team to the delivery team ensuring all necessary information is accurately transferred.
Coordinate the project kickoff process including creation of the draft kick-off presentation and project tracking in the project management tool.
Support project teams with resource allocation timelines and task management.
Draft client surveys to support clients overall project needs and objectives.
Admin surveys for client projects to include building in survey tool launching communications building results dashboard and communicating with the delivery team with updates/needs etc.
Provide support for facilitation needs such as creating projects in Mural (visual collaboration tool) and ordering supplies and meals for in-person sessions.
Organize and maintain client and internal files in Box ensuring the team has easy access to important documents and information.
Role Requirements
Strong preference for experience working directly with clients in professional services PEOs or recruiting agencies.
Internal HR generalist experience required across multiple disciplines (e.g. talent acquisition employee relations total rewards workforce planning).
Commitment to flexible high-performance ways of working in exchange for exceptional performance.
Self-motivated adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced client-facing environment.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
Strong communication consulting and relationship management skills.
Willingness to travel as needed (minimal travel required).
Proficiency with reporting survey and dashboard tools with systems like PowerBI Tableu and/or Qualtrics
79 years of progressive experience in people analytics project management
Proven track record of leading client engagements and mentoring junior team members
Bachelors degree required
This role is primarily performed in a remote or office setting and requires the ability to:
Work at a computer for extended periods
Communicate clearly and effectively through digital platforms
Participate regularly in video meetings with camera on
Travel occasionally to client sites and work onsite which may involve standing walking or facilitating in-person meetings
