Job Description:
We are looking for Quick Lane Technicians ready to join our growing team! The right candidate will have a passion for automotive maintenance and a desire to grow within a professional service department. Daily responsibilities include performing oil changes tire rotations multi-point inspections and light repairs with a focus on efficiency and quality.
Job Type & Schedule:
Full-Time
Flexible schedule
Weekend availability may be required
Pay Structure:
- Flat Rate pay with guarantee
Responsibilities:
Perform basic maintenance services including oil changes tire rotations battery replacements and fluid checks
Conduct thorough multi-point inspections and report findings
Ensure all services are completed efficiently and accurately
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Communicate effectively with Service Advisors regarding vehicle needs
Follow all dealership and manufacturer standards and procedures
Qualifications:
1 year of automotive service experience preferred
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic mechanical knowledge and willingness to learn
Strong attention to detail and a team-first attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
