Job Description
CHI St. Alexius is looking for locum IR coverage. Client needs IR general (stroke capabilities are preferred but not required). The coverage is an 8 hour day generally anywhere between 8a-4p with evening call 4p-8a and 24 hour call on the weekends.

Diagnostic vascular intervention
Angiography venous and arterial
Therapeutic vascular intervention
Angioplasty venous and arterial
Stenting (venous and arterial)
Thrombolytic therapy
Emobolization therapy
Interventional (body non-neuro)
Vascular access devices/PICCS
Central lines
Port a cath insertions
IVC Filters
TIPS
Aspiration/drainage procedures
Percutaneous Needle Biopsies (Above & Below diaphragm and Bone)
Extractions (Biliary & Renal)
Abscess drainage
Thoracentesis
Paracentesis
Myelopgraphy
Pain management procedures
Perc. Transhepatic Choleangiogram
Blood patch
Joint/epidural injections
Vertebroplasty
Arthrograms
Chest tube insertion
Uterine artery embolization
Liver Y90/Tace
Gastrostomy tube insertion
Nephrostomy/ureteral stent insertion
Renal fistulograms
Cryoablation
Preferred but not required: Neuro (head) stroke thrombectomy

Deal breakers: Client needs a provider with IR general experience. Stroke capability would be secondary but must be able to perform the list of general IR procedures first.
