Parallel Employment Group is excited to announce openings for multiple production positions available in a local manufacturing facility in Arcade! We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our production team on both 1st and 2nd shifts. This is a fantastic opportunity for those seeking long-term employment and career advancement in a dynamic environment.
Positions available are:
Shipping Department
Polishers
Fabrication Helpers
Hand/Machine Welders
Plant clean-up expansion project
Rate of pay $16-$19.00 depending upon the position
Key Responsibilities
Assemble and package finished products according to quality standards.
Perform quality checks to ensure product meets specifications.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve production issues.
Ability to work in a positive team manner
Requirements
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
Willingness to work overtime as needed.
