Job Description
We are looking for both aspiring and experienced executives to join our outreach team. The responsibilities include developing and driving initiatives to elevate CSITs brand.
Responsibilities
- Plan develop and execute engagement and outreach programmes for tech recruitment scholarship and partnerships.
- Ensure smooth implementation develop publicity material manage vendors and evaluate effectiveness of engagement and outreach programmes.
- Maintain and grow networks/partnerships with a diverse group of stakeholders including government agencies commercial companies academic institutions and Special Interest Groups.
Requirements (Minimum Qualifications)
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resource Business Administration Marketing Arts & Social Sciences Communications Studies or any related discipline with at least 2 years experience in a recruitment or outreach role
- Good interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written
- Good analytical and planning skills able to multi-task and manage priorities
- Able to work independently and thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Willing to work after office hours and during weekends when required
- Aspiring candidates who do not meet all the job requirements will be considered based on individuals merits
As CSIT is an agency under the Ministry of Defence (Singapore) only Singapore Citizens will be considered.
