- NMC-registered Nurse
- Proven experience as a Home Manager within a nursing home setting.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- A track record of improving occupancy and maintaining excellent care standards.
- Excellent communication organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of current care legislation and CQC requirements.
