A total of 15 teams work on projects for government agencies banking mobile services and the Internet Of Things (IoT) technology. This is a vendor role for 12 months with the possibility to extend. Your employer is a third party in service of Thales.
We have a great opportunity for a conscientious bright and capable Team Assistant to join us at Thales in Prague.
As aTeam assistant at Thalesyou will help with administrative duties that require little oversight. You will organize internal team meetings and prepare itineraries to ensure all employees are on the same page. Other responsibilities include: sorting emails by importance a making copies running errands preparing documents and organizing electronic files. Promptness effective communication skills and attention to detail are top job requirements. Team Assisnat is part of Facility team and is reporting to Facility Manager.
Your weekly responsibilities:
- Admin support for technical teams
- Purchase Request &Purchase Order creation and distribution inOracle computer Software- intercompany invoices SW&HW
- In house catering coordinate office lunches and dinners with team members; office events
- Business travel management-make travel arrangements including flights lodging and rental cars
- You will be involved in office management duties and the production and distribution of correspondence as well as assist in the preparation of presentations and reports.
About you:
- Previous experience as Team/Personal Assistant or Administrator
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suit; Oracle
- Good communication in English
- Fluent Czech language
- We are looking for autonomous organised individual with the ability to take initiative and work within a dynamic fast-paced environment
- Good attention to detail friendly and professional nature will be fitting when working within this vibrant site team and key in building relationships with stakeholders
