What will you do
Manage a selected customer portfolio to meet cash collection and aged debt targets
Handle proactive collections following company policies
Build strong relationships to ensure positive payment behaviors
Analyze customer creditworthiness using internal/external data
Collaborate with Sales Disputes Order Entry Billing and external agencies to enhance collections
Resolve complex queries and manage the process to conclusion
Advise on financial reconciliations and handle under/overpayments
Collect documentation for potential insolvency cases
Understand and apply internal policies on Quality Food Safety and Environment
Candidate profile

Conflict resolution and relationship-building abilities
Strong time management and organizational skills
Analytical and problem-solving capabilities
University degree preferred
3 years of experience in AR Cash Collection or related areas
Experience with Order to Cash processes (preferred)
Native/C2 Dutch and B1 English required
Proficient in Excel (Pivot tables VLOOKUP etc.)
Familiar with Salesforce SAP/ERP (preferred)
