Description

Responsibilities:

Campaign Management:

  • Design and execute digital marketing campaigns across paid media (social media programmatic SEO/SEM retargeting affiliates partnerships) and owned media platforms (social email IM) incorporating creative storytelling innovative formats and dynamic content.

  • Collaborate with internal teams external agencies and production houses to develop creative assets and tactical plans that align with business objectives.
  • Drive digital sales lead generation and cross-sell/upsell opportunities through integrated campaigns.
  • Support the design and refinement of digital customer journeys to enhance customer experience across online and offline touchpoints.
  • Develop and manage digital media plans to maximize campaign effectiveness and ensure seamless integration into the customer journey.

Performance Optimization:

  • Define core metrics and establish reporting systems to track and analyze campaign effectiveness and media spend.
  • Use site analytics and tracking tools (e.g. GA4 GTM) to monitor digital marketing performance content engagement and e-commerce funnel activity.
  • Analyze customer behavior to uncover actionable insights that improve engagement retention and campaign ROI.
  • Ensure alignment with acquisition targets and budget constraints while optimizing key metrics such as CTR CPL conversion rates and customer lifetime value (CLV).
  • Stay updated on emerging digital marketing trends tools and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.


Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Marketing or related disciplines.
  • 5 years of experience in digital marketing digital acquisition or performance marketing with proven track record; experience in insurance e-commerce insurtech or fintech is a plus.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and its application in deriving valuable customer insights.

  • Extensive experience in managing digital campaigns and acquisitions including but not limited to SEO/SEM performance marketing social media marketing content marketing CRM and app marketing.

  • Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese and English.
  • Proficient in using website analytical tools (e.g. GA 4) Google Ads Google Tag Manager (GTM) Marketing Automation Platforms such as Adobe Marketing Cloud Microsoft Dynamics Salesforce.

  • Outstanding analytical decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive results-oriented detail-focused and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
