Job Responsibilities:
- Lead demand and supply planning processes including forecasting and inventory management.
- Collaborate with sales marketing and operations to incorporate market insights into plans.
- Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize supply chain disruptions.
- Manage and mentor a team fostering continuous improvement and cross-functional teamwork.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Business or related field; Masters preferred.
- Min 5-7 years of experience in demand and supply planning with 2-3 years in a leadership role.
- Proficiency in planning software (e.g. SAP) and strong data analysis skills.
- Strong proficiency in English Mandarin and Cantonese.
- Excellent leadership and problem-solving abilities.
