Job Description
A Junior Account Representative serves as the primary link between our clients and our creative this role youll assist in managing client accounts supporting marketing projects and ensuring clear communication to deliver exceptional results. You will work closely with senior account managers to develop strategies track progress and maintain client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Assist in managing day-to-day client accounts and projects.
Support senior account managers in creating marketing strategies and campaigns.
Communicate effectively with clients to address inquiries and provide updates.
Coordinate with internal creative and design teams to ensure project deadlines are met.
Maintain accurate records of client communications and project progress.
Conduct market research to support campaign planning and strategy development.
Prepare and deliver presentations or reports as needed.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Marketing Communications or related field is a plus.
1 year of experience in customer service sales or account management preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
