We are currently looking for a Supply Chain Specialist to join our central logistics team and coordinate our operational logistics-related processes in Hungary. This is a dynamic role that combines the challenges of logistics and supply chain operations.

Your main responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining and ensuring optimal stock levels while balancing cost efficiency and meeting the needs of hearing centers.
- Monitoring consignment stock ensuring timely returns and managing related administrative tasks.
- Ensuring hearing aids are readily available by planning and organizing incoming shipments and participating in warehouse operations and administration.
- Preparing weekly monthly and annual reports (e.g. orders inventory).
- Coordinating semi-annual and annual stock takes.
- Participating in portfolio management and new product launches including recording purchase prices registering products tracking NEAK listings and placing stock orders.
- Managing price updates maintaining price lists and collaborating with the marketing team to prepare for promotions.
- Defining reviewing and enforcing minimum and maximum stock levels.
We are looking for you if you:
- Hold a university degree in Economics/Logistics.
- Have 2-3 years experience in operational supply chain processes.
- Can communicate effectively in English both written and spoken.
- Fluent Hungarian is essential as effective communication with our shops is a core part of the role.
- Use Microsoft Excel confidently including Pivot and formulas.
- Have excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Have strong analytical mindset.
